Tells me I’m connected. The receiver and transmitter are connected and displaying to an external monitor and yet I keep getting an error message on my mobile device saying please “check inout source” I’ve exhausted every resource for a resolution to no avail...terrible support, customer service and the app doesn’t work. Not bringing this on a professional set again.
I got this to work on my not yet updated iPad but can not get it to work on my iPhone 10r iOS 14. Just keeps saying there’s no signal from the camera as I’m watching the signal on my iPad. On iPad it works great. Not sure of all the functionality of the buttons yet. Focus assist seemed to do nothing. Zebras and false colors worked. But I just started using it last night. Thanks,Dean
I use the HollyView app with my 400 S in my 400 S pro. On a job a couple days ago, the app randomly quits and also randomly reboots my non M1 ipad pros multiple times an hour. And that’s when the HollyView app is the only app running on the devices.I’m running the current firmware on the 400 S Ver 2.1.5.2 and on the 400S Pro Ver 1.1.1.9. H110Please HOLLYLAND FIX this issue so we can reliably use your product and a job. I’ve paid for over $400 for each of these systems (400s and 400 s Pro). Maybe I’ll try the Accsoon CineEye 2S Pro Wireless System?
This work great for showing clients what I am filming
I just did a full day shoot with 2 clients connecting on phones with my mars 400s all day long. I was able to power down and up again many times and they were still connected! Seemed very stable!! - Good work on this latest upgrade. It really made a huge difference in the days shoot and clients were super happy. Thanks!!For the future: if there can be added any advanced functions like adding LUTS or at least contrast, so we can view raw footage not as low contrast images would be terrific to have and really make this shine.
This is more for the Mars 300 pro . And the fact it doesn’t connect to a 5G iPhone pro max . It keeps saying no internet connection .in the WiFi option. So I can’t even use the app once I figure this error out . I’m open to any suggestions
Worthless. Spent quite a bit of money and the app is absolute garbage. Wont stay connected and shuts down my IPad. Please address this asap
On my iPhone, I had to turn off the cellular data. App version 2.4.5 /iOS 13.2.3On my iPad, I turned off Bluetooth.After that, the video signals were able to pass through.Happy camper! Happy Holidays 🎄 everyone, and happy shooting!H
Connection to my iPhone is extremely unpredictable. Keeps telling me to check the input source. To my iPad, I have about 80% success rate. Withe the lastest firmware. And the the resolution is like 480p not 1080p. I tried 3 different 2.2 HDMI cables
If you want the application to be stable, you must disclose privacy. I turned off the app's positioning function, and prohibited the app from using the cellular network, and then the app could not connect to the transmitter.
