Thank you for developing this app.I found it to be simple to use and it works very well. The only thing I would like to see in future version, if possible, is the capability to zoom. Thanks again!
Straight forward and clean app. Now I don't have to change settings and go thru the hassle on my camera app to capture night shots!
This is kinda gonna sound like a fake review but this well works perfectly and you don’t have to get scammed into a $10 per month. It’s really easy to use and not confusing
Used it and it’s totally a lie. Was adjusting exposure time etc to see Neowise and kept seeing these images of tons of stars but no comet. So, I aimed my camera at the dirt, and boy golly my dirt is also full of stars and has even more stars when I extend the exposure time! Yeah right lol.Edit: The developer hilariously tried to make me sound unknowledgeable of how cameras work lol. I have several degrees in film and television production and use DSLR’s and other cameras frequently. I also downloaded another app from the App Store and got the proper results of a long exposure shot. What I saw from this app was not “noise”, it was a fabricated image. I even shone a light while taking a test image and it didn’t show up in frame.
This app superimposes stars onto any picture in night mode.
The inability to manually control exposure makes it to take photos of dim parts of the sky. 90% of the times it does not focus resulting in a horrible photo. However when it do works it takes good photos. I wish a update could come that allows you to adjust the lens position manually.
This app is the most sensitive one I’ve ever used for astrophotography, which is great. Wish there were a manual (sliding) focus feature, since the camera has trouble focusing automatically on dim objects, which renders the touch-to-focus feature useless. Even a fixed focus to infinity would be better than autofocus. The developer is awesome and responsive.
I took a picture of the night sky and saw a bunch of stars so I thought this was an amazing app. Then I read the reviews that said that the app overlays stars onto ANY dark image, so I faced the camera into the palm of my hand and what do ya know? There’s stars there too! Fooled me for about a day but now I see how fake it is. Better off getting a real long exposure camera.
Why when I take a photo with night sky mode, after adjusting the long exposure mode for 2 seconds or more, the picture is all white?I have restarted the machine but still the same, other modes are still working normallyplease fix the error
I literally took a picture of the darkness under my bed and stars appeared. Please do not believe the developers. It is fake.
Capture night sight! Star capture will help you to take a night- sight photo and stars. You can also take diverse photos using Long-exposure such as water dropping, Milky Way, night-city sight, or your movement !
