I purchased for pro. But it doesn’t work. It keeps showing error loading video and error. What should I do?

Don’t recommend

Bought the pro since I needed more than 30 sec. I was editing white noise in a video with singing. Kept experimenting with different % of reduction. Not sure why they even offer 300% because it’s horrible. 100% gave the smoothest sound but there was still a decent amount of noise to even call it a reduction.

Update: It’s finally working!

Update: This app is now working on my ipad. Very useful, so I’m glad I gave it one last try. I wish there were a few more customizable options. But it does work, even though it is very basic.(Original review) This worked great during the 30 second samples. But as soon as I purchased the lifetime membership I got nothing but error messages. It is unusable. I am now requesting a refund through Apple.

Scam Alert

I tried the app and the first 30 secs. Was fine then I purchased the pro version to do my whole video and it gave a error message. I spent $6 for a scam app. Apple should be ashamed to be doing business with businesses like this. Never would I have imagined…

Waste of time and money.

Bought the app because needed to clear some background noise from an important video, paid to be premium and it’s didn’t work, you can still listen to the noise so to me it’s a scam.

Second Chance Fail…

The first time I purchased this app I thought it had great potential and needed to work a few kinks out. We’ll fast forward and it appears to have gotten worse. I can’t believe I wasted my money on something that not only didn’t remove the background noise but it seemed to add it. There won’t be a third time for me, lesson learned.

Cuts talking audio while trying to get rid of background noise

This app does a decent job at cutting background noise, but it also cuts out sections of people talking so the video sounds distorted and not right… I paid for premium because the first 30 seconds of my video sounded fine, but then when I did a whole 3 minute video, it sounded horrible and not right.. pretty bummed I spent $6 for a video I can’t even post

Love this app but…

This app is really great cuz I film baking and have to get rid of background noise during editing - it works super well and I even bought Pro, but my one complaint is that you can only denoise one video at a time… it would be great if you could select multiple videos to denoise, because I waste so much time having to individually denoise every single clip and then saving it 😓😓😓😭 love this app tho
